Do you offer hair colouring?
We do not offer colour services at Rizo Loco
Do you do relaxing, keratin, straightening treatments?
We do not provide any relaxing or straightening treatments out philosophy is working with hair in its natural textures.
Do you do styling for Weddings, Birthday Parties or Special occasions?
Yes, we do, please contact us to dicuss further
Do you do kids haircuts?
We no longer offer services for childern under the age of 12. All childern over 12 must be booked in for a full appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
We are currently only offering appointments to existing guests (have been before).

Do you accept walk ins, last minute appointments?
No you must book a head online.
Do you allow kids to come to the appointments?
We ask as a consideration to others that you refrain from bringing children or others to the salon with you.
Do you sell / stock Curlture Gel in your Salon?
Yes we do you can get it directly at our Salon.
Prices are as follows:
Curlture Gel 500 ml ----- $33
Curlture Gel 1 L ----- $45
Refills 500 ml ---- $23
Refills 1 L ----- $35
Do you sell Curlture Gel online?
Yes we do you can get it from curlture.com.au
Do you sell Everescents products?
Yes we stock Everescents line of products you can get them directly from our Salon. We don't offer shipping for Everescents products.
We also offer the refill / replenish service of all Everescents refillable products.
We do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock.
Are you an Everescents Replenish Centre?
Yes we are, we do refills of all Everescents Shampoos, Conditioners and Deep Treatments.
Do you stock Clever Curl line of products?
Yes you can get Clever curl from Rizo Loco Hair Salon, however we do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock.
Payments / Cancellations
What payments do you accept?
We accept cash and have eftpos facilities to process Visa and Mastercard, you can also pay with google pay or apple pay.
Do you have a cancellation list / waiting list?
We are currently prioritising returning customers if you are a returning guest and would like to be added to a waitlist, please contact us.
How can I cancel my appointment / change my appointment?
You can do so by following the link (Cancel / Reschedule Appointment) found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by calling to our customer service line at 0487091390.
We require at least 24hrs notice to cancel your appointments, failing to do this will incur in a 50% of the service fee being charge to your card.
Rescheduling depends on availability or you can choose to be added to our waiting list to move your appointment to a different date.
