Do you offer hair colouring?

We do not offer colour services at Rizo Loco.

Do you do relaxing, keratin, straightening treatments?

We do not provide any relaxing or straightening treatments our philosophy is working with hair in its natural textures.

Do you do styling for Weddings, Birthday Parties or Special occasions?

Yes, we do, this service it’s called curly up-do and it includes wash and styling, please allow an hour for this service.

Do you do kids haircuts?

Update 30/12/2020: Kids appointements are suspended until further notice.

We no longer offer services for childern under 12. Childern over the age of 12 must be booked in as an adult appointment.


How do I book an appointment?

Please note we are only offering services to returning guests. If you have been to the salon before and would like an appointment please contact us with your full name and phone number.

Do you accept walk ins, last minute appointments?

We do not accerpt walk ins all bookings must be made online.

Do you allow kids to come to the appointments?

No we ask as a courtesy to others that you refrain from bringing children or others to the salon with you.

Are you taking new appointmens during COVID-19?

Update 4/11/2020: We follow goverment and health authorities advise at all times, we will be open as per their advise.


Do you sell / stock Curlture Gel in your Salon?

Yes we do you can get it directly at our Salon.

Do you sell Curlture Gel online?

Do you sell Everescents products?

Yes we stock Everescents line of products you can get them directly from our Salon.

We also offer the refill / replenish service of all Everescents refillable products.

We do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock.

Are you an Everescents Replenish Centre?

Do you stock Clever Curl line of products?

Yes you can get Clever curl from Rizo Loco Hair Salon, however we do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock. During lockdown due to COVID-19 you can get your Clever Curl products from this site:

Payments / Cancellations

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash and have eftpos facilities to process Visa and Mastercard, you can also pay with google pay or apple pay.

Do you have a cancellation list / waiting list?

Update 4/11/2020: Due to a high amount of enquiries we are not running a cancellation/waiting list at the moment

We do but this does not secure you an appointment as we prioritise returning customers and the service is run on a first come first service basis. Appointments automatically come available 24 hours a day as people cancel, unfortunately we can’t hold every space that becomes available.

How can I cancel my appointment / change my appointment?

You can do so by following the link (Cancel / Reschedule Appointment) found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by calling to our customer service line at 0487091390.

We require at least 24hrs notice to cancel your appointments, failing to do this will incur in a 50% of the service fee being charge to your card.

Rescheduling depends on availability or you can choose to be added to our waiting list to move your appointment to a different date. (we are not running a cancellation list at the moment updated on 4/11/2020)



While our online store is not running we can still organise delivery for you, If you require delivery please enquiry with us via email Processing and shipping times: We take between 2-3 business days to process your order, from there standard shipping times vary depending on your location, please allow between 3-7 business days to receive your order. (In current times of COVID-19 delivery times might be longer than expected please be patient) Delivery carrier: We use Sendle as our main courier company, in case Sendle can't deliver to your zone we may use Australia Post. Prices: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, we do our best to offer a flat rate for all orders ranging from $10 to $15, however in some cases remote areas or larger orders may incur in extra delivery charges which will be informed before processing.


All products are inspected and packed adequatly for delivery, in case you have any issues with your order please contact us to asses the case via email

Are all your products Curly Girl friendly?

We offer a wide range of Australian natural products intended for the care of waves, curls and kinky hair, which can also be use for the care of softer waves and straight hair. In order to get the best ones we recommend reading through the descriptions offered in the page otherwise contacting us before purchasing. Some products may contain alcohols or may be a bit drying for curls yet we choose to use them in the salon depending on the state and type of hair. If you hair is very dry avoid using products with alcohol. (Eco lab hair spray, or everescents Hair spray)

I can't find the product I am after?

If you are in our general shop all the products are listed with no relative organisation, you can filter by brand and product type on your right or you can choose from the drop down menu under SHOP and choose your preferred brand or type of products in order to narrow your search. There's a search bar as well where you can type your keyword. If you can't find your products after doing this contact us to enquiry availability, to our email address
