Services

Do you offer hair colouring?


We do not offer colour services at Rizo Loco




Do you do relaxing, keratin, straightening treatments?


We do not provide any relaxing or straightening treatments out philosophy is working with hair in its natural textures.




Do you do styling for Weddings, Birthday Parties or Special occasions?


Yes, we do, this service it’s called curly up-do and it includes wash and styling, please allow an hour for this service. For Weddings please enquiry with Bec to 0457006053




Do you do kids haircuts?


Yes we do kids haircuts 10 years or younger, kids older than 10 are considered adult haircuts. Kids haircuts are dry cuts which doesn’t includes washing and styling, this service can be paid separately. Price for kids haircuts is $45.

We are not currently taking online appointments for this service to book please call or message 0487091390, please be aware the Salon is booked out for the next couple of months, we try to acommodate kids appointments the best we can we recommend calling with enough time.

We don't accept walk-ins.

How do I book an appointment?

Alternatively you can call us to 0487091390 or message us on social media with your enquiry, we will do our best to offer you a spot.

Please Note:

Rizo Loco Hair Salon is experiencing a high demand at the moment we recommend rebooking your next appointment at the time of service or booking least 8-10 weeks in advance.




Do you accept walk ins, last minute appointments?


No we don’t, we encourage you to make your appointments with plenty of time at least 8 weeks in advance. You can request to be added to our cancellation list, however this does not guarantees an appointment.




Do you allow kids to come to the appointments?


Yes, you can bring them in as long as they are accompanied by an adult other than the person having a haircut. We do however ask as a courtesy to others that you refrain from bringing others to the salon with you.




Are you taking new appointmens during COVID-19?


Unfoturnately we are not open for appointments at the moment until further notice.





Products

Do you sell / stock Curlture Gel in your Salon?


Yes we do you can get it directly at our Salon.

(Salon is closed until further notice we will be still delivering products)




Do you sell Curlture Gel online?


Yes we do, we have a dedicated website for Curlture Moisture, you can get it from curlture.com.au, or you can buy from rizoloco.com.au




Do you sell Everescents products?


Yes we stock Everescents line of products you can get them directly from our Salon.

We also offer the refill / replenish service of all Everescents refillable products.

We do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock.

Are you an Everescents Replenish Centre?


Yes we are, we do refills of all Everescents Shampoos, Conditioners and Deep Treatments. You can get refill pouches online here: https://www.rizoloco.com.au/samples-and-refills




Do you stock Clever Curl line of products?


Yes you can get Clever curl from Rizo Loco Hair Salon, however we do recommend calling before coming to ensure we have it in stock. (Salon is closed temporarily, get can still get your products online) https://www.rizoloco.com.au/clever-curl





Payments / Cancellations

What payments do you accept?


We accept cash and have eftpos facilities to process Visa and Mastercard, you can also pay with google pay or apple pay.




Do you have a cancellation list / waiting list?


We do but this does not secure you an appointment as we prioritise returning customers and the service is run on a first come first service basis. Appointments automatically come available 24 hours a day as people cancel, unfortunately we can’t hold every space that becomes available.




How can I cancel my appointment / change my appointment?


You can do so by following the link (Cancel / Reschedule Appointment) found at the bottom of your confirmation email or by calling to our customer service line at 0487091390.

We require at least 24hrs notice to cancel your appointments, failing to do this will incur in a 50% of the service fee being charge to your card.

Rescheduling depends on availability or you can choose to be added to our waiting list to move your appointment to a different date.

Delivery


Processing and shipping times: We take between 2-3 business days to process your order, from there standard shipping times vary depending on your location, please allow between 3-7 business days to receive your order. (In current times of COVID-19 delivery times might be longer than expected please be patient) Delivery carrier: We use Sendle as our main courier company, in case Sendle can't deliver to your zone we may use Australia Post. Prices: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, we do our best to offer a flat rate for all orders ranging from $10 to $15, however in some cases remote areas or larger orders may incur in extra delivery charges which will be informed before processing.




Returns


All products are inspected and packed adequatly for delivery, in case you have any issues with your order please contact us to asses the case via email info@rizoloco.com.au




Are all your products Curly Girl friendly?


We offer a wide range of Australian natural products intended for the care of waves, curls and kinky hair, which can also be use for the care of softer waves and straight hair. In order to get the best ones we recommend reading through the descriptions offered in the page otherwise contacting us before purchasing. Some products may contain alcohols or may be a bit drying for curls yet we choose to use them in the salon depending on the state and type of hair. If you hair is very dry avoid using products with alcohol. (Eco lab hair spray, or everescents Hair spray)




I can't find the product I am after?


If you are in our general shop all the products are listed with no relative organisation, you can filter by brand and product type on your right or you can choose from the drop down menu under SHOP and choose your preferred brand or type of products in order to narrow your search. There's a search bar as well where you can type your keyword. If you can't find your products after doing this contact us to enquiry availability, to our email address info@rizoloco.com.au




Online Store


We will be selling Everescents, Clever Curl and Curlture products online while the salon is closed to comply with Stage 4 restrictions.
