We have recently returned to business and have changed the way our booking system works.
If your appointment with us was booked for later than the 2oth Oct onwards and was booked after June 2020 your appointment still stands .
New appointments: will be opened in rounds. The next round will be available online on 25th of November at midday for week beginning Dec 2nd. These appointments will be available until booked out, once booked out the systems closes until next release date.
-We are note taking booking over the phone.
-New dates are released every 2 weeks for the following 2 weeks, if the system is not showing any dates then we are booked out at the moment.
-We are unable to hold a waiting/cancellation list.
-Cancellations are offered on facebook when they happen via a booking link, first in first serve.
-We don't do colour in the salon.
-We are no longer taking kid's appointments.
If your appointment was canceled: at any point this year due to covid19 and we haven't been in touch with you please contact us with a screenshot of your confirmation to we will do our best to get you an appointment as soon as we can.
We are receiving a high number of enquiries please be patient while we get through all of them.
Our customer service and sales hours are from 11 am to 5pm Thursday to Saturday, all other times our phone will be unattended.
Our online store will be closing to allow us to re stock the salon.
Curlture will be available once again at curlture.com.au
Our refill centre will be returning in salon so you can bring all your bottles to be refilled.
