We have recently updated our current policies, services, and pricing structures.
These changes reflect our experience, quality, services, and reputation within the industry, our aim is to continue growing, and offering top quality services and products to our community while being competitive and ensuring our business remains feasible for us as well.
Our new structure will be in effect from the 1st of January 2021. These changes will alter appointments both already booked before, and after this date.
We will be editing and moving appointments slightly and will contact all booked customers with updates to booked appointments for next year advising changes in the duration of your service and price differences via email.
Of course, we understand these changes may not suit everyone so the options of changing or cancelling already booked appointments are available. Editing of your appointment can be done through a link below your confirmation email. (please note our 24hr cancelation policy still remains). Our new prices will be determined according to the duration of the service based on an hourly rate.
If you are a returning guest to our salon and would like an appointment please email us with your full name and telephone number we will do out best to accommodate you.
Please note before contacting us:
- Due to new record keeping and our covid safe plan we are not taking bookings over the phone or in person.
-We do not colour hair.
-We are no longer taking kid's appointments.
New client appointments: We are closed for new clients until further notice, We will announce once we are opening back again in this page and on social media.
If your appointment was cancelled: at any point this year due to covid19 and we haven't been in touch with you please contact us with a screenshot of your confirmation to we will do our best to get you an appointment as soon as we can.
Our customer service and sales hours are from 11 am to 5pm Thursday and Friday, 10 am to 4pm Saturdays, all other times our phone will be unattended. Our Salon will be open for product sales and refills from 9th Jan 2021
Our online store is closed
Curlture will be available to purchase online at curlture.com.au - our Christmas cut off time is the 14th of December the next dispatch of orders will begin 9th Jan 2021
Our refill centre has returned in salon so you can bring all your bottles to be refilled. Please call ahead to make sure we have your favourites in stock
